A single licence is for one person, on up to 3 devices, so you can use it on a phone, a tablet, and a computer. It is not meant to be shared between people. If more than one person in the house wants access, the family bundle covers up to 10 people, and each of them gets their own login and their own 3 devices.
They are two separate products, named on the card, in the cart, and on your receipt. Adult is written for grown-ups. If you buy the wrong one, tell us and we will switch it.

Access is billed once a year. Each course, the family bundle, and the school license renew annually.

Everyone signs in with their own phone. Family and school members join by entering one shared code, up to the number of seats. There is nothing to upload, and we send schools a monthly usage report.
A school license is issued to one school, by name and address, and it cannot be moved or shared between schools. Districts running the toolkit across several schools get separate volume pricing, set on the total number of students, and it comes in below the single school rate. Each school still receives its own code and its own roll, with one agreement and one invoice for the district. Tell us your student numbers and we will put a figure together.
No. These are sample figures for the team to review. Final prices will be set before launch.
