This policy explains refunds and cancellations for the 3A Toolkit annual subscription. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
30-day refund
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Contact us at support@markr.ca with the email or phone number used for the purchase, and we will arrange the refund.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. It can take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time by contacting support@markr.ca. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your subscription does not renew after that. Cancelling on its own does not create a refund. If you cancel within the first 30 days and want your money back, ask for a refund as described above.
Automatic renewal
Annual subscriptions renew automatically so your access continues without interruption. You can turn off renewal at any time by cancelling before your renewal date.
