3A gives clients in your care a structured, private space to reflect and practise between appointments: Awareness, Assign a Label, Action. You decide who receives it. Their reflections stay on their own device.
For counsellors, therapists, psychologists and social workers, and the practices, schools and EAPs they work in. Adult, Youth and Thriving with ADHD seats. Large school or organisation orders, see licences.
3A is for clients you see and support, as part of the care you already provide.
Clients use the program between sessions and can bring a PDF of any activity to your session if they choose.
A short welcome message from you greets each client when they first sign in with your code.
3A supports your work. It does not replace your judgment or your relationship with the client.
You decide whether to charge, and how. Some ways clinicians use it:
A code at the first session, so clients practise the steps from week one.
Between-session practice for a set number of appointments, reviewed in session.
Every participant gets a code, so the group shares the same steps.
Support for clients moving to monthly or as-needed sessions.
Adult plus Co-Regulation, so a parent can use the same steps at home.
Included at no cost for clients with financial need, or for everyone.
Seats used, seats left and your renewal date. Never names, numbers or answers.
With their own mobile number. You send us no client information. Reflections stay on their device.
We record which code was used so a seat can be counted, and nothing more about the relationship.
Seats start at 10, and the price per seat goes down as you order more. You see the prices as soon as you create your free account.
Every order is invoiced, due in 30 days, so you have time to collect from your clients. Your codes work from the day you order.
For EAPs, school districts and agencies. Add your PO number to the order and our team confirms it before the invoice is sent.
Adult, Youth and Thriving with ADHD seats, and Co-Regulation as an add-on to Adult. Each seat lasts 12 months from the client's first sign-in.
Include 3A in your services, charge for it separately, or offer it at no cost. 3A does not set or collect that fee.
Invoices are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, with the right sales tax or VAT for your country. Pay from the invoice by card or another payment method Paddle offers.
The first time a client opens 3A with your code, they see a welcome card from you: your name, your practice logo and a short message in your own words. It stays on their home screen afterwards.
The program arrives with your name and logo, so it reads as part of the care you provide.
A short message, such as what to try before your next appointment, keeps your work present between visits.
Add your booking page, so clients can book their next session from the card.
The program itself stays the 3A Toolkit by Dr. Meg Kapil. Your card sits at the front of it. A crisis line is always shown below your message.
We are inviting practising clinicians in several countries to help shape the new clinician portal. Founding clinicians receive founding pricing for their first two years and a direct line to our team. The 3A program your clients use is the same program available today.

30 days after you order. Paddle emails you an invoice when you order, and your codes work straight away. You pay from the invoice, by card or another payment method Paddle offers.
Yes, for orders of 250 seats or more. Add your PO number when you order. Our team confirms the order, usually within one business day, and Paddle then sends the invoice.
Professional prices are shown in the clinician portal after you create your free account. It takes a minute and needs only your mobile number.
Not yet. We plan to complete a SOC 2 report by July 2027 if there is enough demand. If your organisation requires it, please tell us. See Security and privacy for how 3A protects data today.
