All five programs are ready now. The Adult edition is the 3A Toolkit for grown-ups, a practical way to work with stress and anxiety in three steps: Awareness, Assign a label, and Action. The Youth edition is the same toolkit written for teens and young adults, with a short audio explainer on every activity and examples like test and presentation stress. The Junior add-on is for younger children to work through with a grown-up who has the Adult program, built around a gentle Book of Stories. Thriving with ADHD is a separate eight module program for adults with ADHD, a strengths based, three layer approach to stress, relationships, and focus. Adult, Youth, and ADHD are each bought on their own; Junior is added to the Adult program.

Everyone signs in with their own phone. Family members join by entering one shared code, up to 10 people. There is nothing to upload.
The workbook, the flip cards and the Debrief worksheet are reference tools rather than something you read once, and most people come back to them when something hard happens. A renewal also covers anything added during your year, including new modules and new editions. If you have finished and do not want to renew, cancel and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
