A 3A Toolkit licence gives your clients, students or staff their own access to the program, so the work continues between sessions and everyone uses the same language for stress: Awareness, Assign a Label, Action.

Reflections and worksheets are saved on the person's own device. We cannot read them, and neither can the licence holder. Clients choose what to bring to session.
Any activity can be downloaded as a PDF with the person's name and date, so a client can share it with you if they want to.
Dr. Meg Kapil developed the three steps in clinical practice and later studied them in her doctoral research at the University of Victoria and the peer reviewed work that grew from it, including the Stress Stories Project pilot intervention study in the Canadian Journal of School Psychology. They have been used for twelve years in schools, one-on-one therapy and group clinics across Canada and the United States.
